  • 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may need our services.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee is determined based on the type of service and the time lost due to the short notice.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided any notice (no-show), the full service fee may be charged. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and future appointments may require prepayment.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling Process: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new appointment time, subject to availability.

  • No Additional Fees: There are no additional fees for rescheduling your appointment, provided that you give at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Emergency Cancellations

  • Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive any cancellation fees at our discretion.
