We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

1. General Refund Policy

Service Fees: Payments for services rendered are generally non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, including fingerprinting, background checks, or notary services, the associated fees are not eligible for a refund.

Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service and cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining balance may be refunded at our discretion.

2. Refunds for Missed Appointments

Client Responsibility: If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), the payment for that service will not be refunded. However, we may offer to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduled appointments are not eligible for refunds but can be moved to another time.

3. Refunds for Service Issues

Service Errors: If there is an error on our part that affects the outcome of the service, such as incorrect information on a notarized document, we will correct the issue at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued in cases where the error cannot be corrected.

Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address the issue and determine if a refund or service credit is appropriate.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will respond to your request within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
